The Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has released the Phase 1 seat allotment results for TS POLYCET 2025 today, July 4. Candidates who took part in the counselling process can now check their allotment status by logging in at the official website — tgpolycet.nic.in — using their hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
The allotment result will display the name of the allotted college and course for each candidate. Seat allocation has been done based on factors such as candidate merit, preferences submitted during counselling, and seat availability.

How to Download TS POLYCET 2025 Seat Allotment Letter?
- Visit the official TS POLYCET counselling portal: tgpolycet.nic.in
- Log in using your hall ticket number, date of birth, password, and ROC form number
- Download the provisional seat allotment letter
- Pay the prescribed fee online using debit/credit card or net banking
- Complete self-reporting through the online system within the candidate login portal
- Print and retain a copy of the allotment letter for future reference
Candidates must ensure they pay the admission fee within the specified deadline to confirm their allotted seat. Failure to make the payment on time will result in automatic cancellation of the seat. If eligible for a refund, the admission fee will be credited to the same bank account used during the transaction.
What to Do After Seat Allotment?
After downloading the seat allotment letter, candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee via bank challan and report to the allotted institute with all necessary documents, including the allotment letter and payment receipt. Since document verification was completed during the counselling process, no additional verification is needed at this stage.
