Karnataka SSLC Exam 2 for 2025 commences today, May 26, with examinations being conducted at 967 centres across the state. A total of 3.16 lakh students who did not clear SSLC Exam 1 have registered to take part in this supplementary session. The First Language paper is scheduled as the opening exam.
As per the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB), the SSLC Exam 2 will be held from May 26 to June 2, 2025, with exam timings from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM.
Earlier this year, in Karnataka SSLC Exam 1, 8,42,174 students appeared and 5,24,984 cleared the exams. The remaining 3,17,189 students are now taking part in this second round of exams.
Important Guidelines for Students Appearing in Karnataka SSLC Exam 2
- CCTV surveillance is compulsory at all exam centres and must remain operational for the entire duration of the exam. Monitoring will be overseen by the respective District Panchayat CEO offices.
- The use of mobile phones, pagers, Xerox machines, STD booths, and typing centres is strictly banned within a 200-metre radius of the examination centres.
- Students are allowed to travel free of cost to and from the exam centres on KSRTC and BMTC buses.
- Only basic calculators are permitted during the exams. Scientific calculators are allowed exclusively for the Statistics paper.
- Students who leave the exam hall before the final bell must hand over both their answer script and question paper to the invigilator.
- Carrying hall tickets and valid ID cards is mandatory.
- Use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
- Students who exit the exam venue before the official start time will not be provided with the question paper.
