NEET MDS Result 2025 have been announced on the official website natboard.edu.in. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the scores, and candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download their results from the official site.

According to the official notification, every question in the NEET MDS 2025 exam was thoroughly reviewed by subject experts from the relevant specialty areas after the examination to ensure the technical accuracy of both the questions and the answer keys.
The notice also stated that full marks have been awarded to all candidates for any question identified as technically incorrect, regardless of whether the candidate attempted that particular question.
Furthermore, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) clarified that the merit list for the All India 50% Quota seats will be released separately. The final merit list and category-wise merit list for State Quota seats will be prepared by individual States/UTs based on their respective eligibility criteria, guidelines, regulations, and reservation policies.
The NEET MDS 2025 examination was conducted on April 19, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format. Candidates received four marks for each correct answer, with one mark deducted for every incorrect response.
The test comprised two sections — Paper A and Paper B — totaling 240 multiple-choice questions to be answered within three hours.
Paper B had 140 MCQs to be completed in 105 minutes, with subjects like Dental Materials (14 questions), Oral Pathology and Oral Microbiology (14), Oral Medicine and Radiology (14), and Periodontology (14), among others.
Paper A included 100 MCQs to be completed in 75 minutes, covering topics such as General Anatomy including Embryology and Histology (14 questions), General Human Physiology and Biochemistry (14), General Medicine (15), and General Surgery (15), among others.

- Visit the official website at natboard.edu.in
- On home page, click on examination, then on NEET MDS
- Enter your credentials to log in and submit.
- Your NEET MDS Results 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the same for future reference.
