SBI CBO Admit Card 2025: SBI has released the admit card for the Circle Based Officer (CBO) recruitment exam 2025 under Advertisement No. CRPD/CBO/2025-26/03. Registered candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website — bank.sbi.
The online written exam is scheduled for July 20, 2025, and will consist of two sections: an objective test and a descriptive test. Candidates must bring a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre. Entry will be denied without these documents.
SBI CBO Exam Structure and Selection Process
The selection process for SBI CBO 2025 includes the following stages:
- Online Written Exam (Objective + Descriptive)
- Screening of Experience and Documents
- Interview (50 marks)
- Local Language Test (if applicable)
The final merit list will be prepared based on a 75:25 weightage of the online test and interview scores.
- Objective Test (120 Marks, Duration: 2 hours):
- English Language – 30 Questions (30 minutes)
- Banking Knowledge – 40 Questions (40 minutes)
- General Awareness/Economy – 30 Questions (30 minutes)
- Computer Aptitude – 20 Questions (20 minutes)
- Descriptive Test (50 Marks, 30 minutes):
- Letter Writing and Essay (in English)
Importantly, there will be no negative marking in any section of the exam.

- Visit the official SBI website: bank.sbi
- Click on the “Careers” section and then navigate to “Current Openings”
- Locate “RECRUITMENT OF CIRCLE BASED OFFICERS 2025”
- Click on the Admit Card link
- Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth
- Download and print the admit card
- Candidates should carefully check all details mentioned on the admit card, such as their name, photograph, exam centre, and ID information. In case of any discrepancies, they must contact the SBI helpdesk without delay. It is also advisable to visit the exam centre a day in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.

SBI CBO 2025: Vacancy Details
SBI is recruiting a total of 2,964 Circle Based Officers this year, comprising 2,600 regular and 364 backlog vacancies. These openings are spread across different SBI circles across the country. Importantly, candidates selected for these posts will be assigned to their preferred circle, and inter-circle transfers will not be permitted.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates were required to meet the following eligibility conditions as of April 30, 2025:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Work Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB)
- Age Limit: Between 21 and 30 years (age relaxations applicable for SC/ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government norms)
