BHU Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
For Group ‘A’ positions, the selection process begins with a written test aimed at initial shortlisting. Depending on the circumstances, there may be additional interactions or presentations to further evaluate candidates. Subsequently, candidates who successfully navigate these stages will advance to the interview phase, where a more in-depth assessment of their qualifications and suitability for the position will be conducted.
On the other hand, for Group ‘B’ positions, the process commences with a written test designed to shortlist candidates. After the written examination, the University schedules a skill test for candidates deemed suitable. The skill test is a practical assessment designed to evaluate specific abilities and competencies relevant to the responsibilities of the position. This multi-stage selection approach ensures a comprehensive evaluation of candidates for both Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ positions, considering their academic qualifications, skills, and performance in various assessments.
